Franklin County, MA land wanted for multi-unit development. The Valley Community Land Trust - a progressive non-profit dedicated to ecologically sound stewardship and wider access to affordable home ownership - seeks semi-rural or rural land suitable for building 3-10 homes. Must have sufficient frontage and proper access and drainage to qualify without special permit process (unless that process is to approve cluster-type development).
