June 2009 - The Green Resources for Energy Efficient Neighborhoods (GREEN) Act

The Green Resources for Energy Efficient Neighborhoods (GREEN) Act is before Congress. The GREEN Act was recently re-introduced by Rep. Perlmutter (D-CO -- 7) as H.R. 2336 and support is needed to advance this important legislation.
The House Financial Services Subcommittee on Housing and Community Opportunity will be holding a hearing on the GREEN Act this Thursday, June 11th. The National CLT Network is sending a letter of support to Rep. Perlmutter.  Read more at the Community Land Trust Network site.
